Rick Keller brings more than 30 years of information technology experience to his role at Ardent. Since joining the company in 2008, he led Ardent’s successful implementation and optimization of the Epic electronic medical record while building the enterprise’s IT infrastructure and application portfolio.
Previously, Mr. Keller held management positions for Ford Motor Credit Company, Bank of America and the Federal Reserve Bank of the sixth district. A member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and a certified project management professional, he earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in healthcare from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tennessee Technological University.
