Ardent Health Services awarded Best CEOs for Women for second year

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 16, 2023) – Ardent Health Services President and CEO Marty Bonick was recognized among the Best CEOs for Women for large companies this week by Comparably, a workplace culture and compensation review website.

The rankings are based on feedback from Ardent team members through independent surveys conducted by Comparably over the past 12 months.

“I’m humbled to receive this award for the second year in a row,” said Ardent President and Chief Executive Officer Marty Bonick. “While this is an individual award, it represents the commitment we are making across the company to empower and elevate team members and supporting programs such as Women @ Ardent, mentoring, leadership development and self-paced learning. We are intentionally building a culture where people feel appreciated, and their well-being is valued.”

Based on sentiment ratings from team members, Ardent was among a select group of recipients for Best CEO for Women in the large company category of organizations with more than 500 employees. Award eligibility is determined by anonymous ratings and reviews from female team members about their CEO over the last 12 months.
